Horizons provides a variety of Support Services to include Respite, Personal Care, and Companion. Each service is unique and designed to provide people with disabilities and their families the assistance they need to live successfully in the community. Respite care provides brief relief to caregivers by providing qualified staff to care for the personwith the disability either in their home or one of our homes. Personal Care is designed to provide assistance with bathing, hygiene, feeding, and other basic needs. Companion is designed to assist people to participate in the various activities available in our community.
